Well haven't written on here in a while. Been quite busy. Nearly bed time, so for tonight I just want to share with everyone a photo that my hubby took on the weekend.
In the photo I am wearing a pair of board shorts that I used to wear all the time before I started weight watchers. I tried them on for the first time in ages and I couldn't believe that I actually fit into just one leg of the pants. OH MY GOD!!!!! I can practically wrap them around me again.
I took them into my WW meeting on Monday night because I was so proud and wanted to share my excitement with the rest of the meeting.
Anyways might write a bit of an update on here tomorrow if I get a chance.

25.2kgs lost
Well I think it is about week 14 on the program and I have hit the 25kg lost mark. Feeling fantastic and finally can look at a photo of myself without feeling sick.
Loving my exercise, especially fitness classes which I am going to commit to 3 per week starting next week.
Have hardly any clothes left that fit and don't want to buy many at the rate I am going through them. Might have to go and do a bit of op shopping.
Not much else happening at the moment. Kids have no school today because the teachers are striking so it's mayhem at my house today.
Anyways off to check on my dinner for tonight.

21.3kgs lost - 26.5kgs to GO!!!
Well it is the end of my 11th week on Weight Watchers and I still cannot believe I have lost over 20kgs in that time. I feel fantastic.
Went out with a few girlfriends on Friday night (no husband or children in tow), I had a wonderful time and managed to stay away from nibblies etc and stick with the 1 point drinks.
I am getting heaps of compliments from everyone "your fading away to nothing, you can really notice now etc etc, I even had one of the lollipop ladies at the primary school stop me this morning to ask me what I was doing and to tell me that I looked really good, I didn't even know her so I feel really good knowing that a stranger has noticed.
My clothes supply in my cupboard is getting lower and lower, I have four large garbage bags of clothes that I can't wear anymore because they are too big.
I am going to be in the eighties very soon, going to push for next week but won't be disappointed if I don't (this weeks weigh in I lost 1.6kgs, taking me down to 91.5kgs) I still can't believe it!!!
The lightest I have been in a long time was 80kgs before I fell pregnant with my youngest daughter who is turning 3 in October.
I am still keeping up with the exercise, doing about 3hrs each day whether it be walking, on my wii fit, or my fitness coach on the wii or the good old exercise bike. Twice a week I have even joined up group fitness classes. I have been to 2 so far and both of them have been fantastic, I am totally exhausted afterwards but feel really good as well.
Anyways I have just finished mowing the lawn and now I have to tackle the inside of the house, downfalls of renting are those lovely house inspections that the real estate does.
I am going to try and write on here a bit more but I always forget that I have created it.
Till next time

Tempting Days
Well, I completely forgot I was doing this blog page, I have been quite busy. This weeks weigh in went really well, a loss of 2.2kgs, taking me to a total of 10.3kgs lost. I am very proud and have to start throwing out some of my baggy clothes.
Tuesday/Wednesday I was not feeling right, felt like pigging out and not exercising but I didn't give in and kept myself busy. I think it was because I was tired, but I managed a 21/2 hour sleep today with Miss 2 while Miss 6 was at school. Feeling a lot better now.
Anyways off for an early night tonight to make sure I feel good for the rest of the week. Goal this week is to loose 0.8kgs to get me to my 10% lost. Fingers crossed, a few more weeks and I will be under 100kg WAHOOO!!!!!

Weight In Night # 3
Just got back from my Monday night weigh in and I am very happy with my results. Another 1.6kgs GONE!!!! That is a total of 8.1kgs YEAH!!!!! All that exercise is paying off.
This week I am going to try and get up early and go for a morning walk at least twice!! Busy weeek ahead for me. Have tuckshop duties at the school tomorrow, first time, so could be interesting.
Anyways just recording my weigh in, now I am going to reward myself with a WW icecream.

The Adventure Begins!!!
Hi,
My name is Kandy and I couple of weeks ago I made the decision to make a change to my lifestyle for ever.
The year 2009 is my year and by the end of it I am hoping to be a totally new person. With the support of a friend I have joined Weight Watchers and so far have had excellent weigh in results. My furst weigh in the scales told me I was 112.8 kgs, and with a goal weight of 65kgs, this leaves me with 47.8lgs to loose. Week 1 I lost 3.7kgs and week 2 I lost 2.8kgs. I was totally flabbergasted with these results and never imagined I could loose 6.5kgs in 2 weeks!!!!
Okay a bit more about me, I am a 27 year old woman, with a fantastic husband and two adorable daugthers aged 2 and 6. My family is my life. I obviously love my family time but some of my other interest are quad bike riding, my friends, walking, and helping out at my eldest daugthers school.
I am hoping to get down to my goal weight by January 2009. If I can achieve this I have decided that my husband and I will go away to the Whitsundays BY OURSELVES, no children. We have neer been on a honeymoon or away without our kids, so I am really looking forward to this us time, plus I can't wait to be able to wear a pair of swimmers on the beach without worrying about people laughing at me.
Anyways, I am new to all this blogging, so please bear with me. I am hoping this blog will let me share the good and the bads along the way.
